Why Having Congested Nose And Sinus Pressure Even After Blowing Nose And Taking Medications?

I moved to AZ from Pa 10 years ago. Lately I constantly feel congested My nose is clogged at night, no matter what I do. I start with a runny nose and then it dries out & is white & thick. My sinuses constanly feel pressure. I have tried Claritan, Zyrtec, Nose spray. No matter how hard I try to blow my nose, I feel clogged & and have post nasal drip.! This is a really gross conversation

all these symptoms are because of deviated nasal septum and pan sinusitis
do CT SCAN OF PARANASAL SINUS
START MONTELUCAST WITH LEVOCETRIZINE COMBINATION WITH FLUTICASONE NASAL SPRAY.AND WARM SALINE GARGLE AFTER THAT
ANDTAB RABEPRAZOLE WITH DOMPERIDONE.
