my brother was diagnosed for achalasia and he had a laparospic myotomy and toupet fundoplicatin ,now it has been four days and he is in so much pain, and he has a difficulty urinating ,are there any things he can do or drink or eat to make him urinate easier,or any after procedure things he has to do?
The symptoms of your brother seem to be related to the laparoscopic intervention.
I suggest using muscle relaxant such as Boscopan to relieve the symptoms.
The symptoms will go away gradually in a few days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
