Why There Is Stabbing Pain In My Collarbone And Chest Along With The Migraine?

I m female, 5 7 145-`50lbs. recent symptons, stabbing pains several inches just below the collarbone, and stabbing pains in the breast area. a migraine that is making my entire head feel like it s throbbing it s been happening for several month s now. around february or march. happens during both day and night. shoulders and arms feel utterly numb afterwards.

Since you have described chest pain, I recommend that you see a Doctor ASAP or go to the ER and get an ECG done. This is because 4 % of al chest pain can be due to heart disease.

It would be best to rule it out. If then you have a migraine, then you can start on the following:
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
