please for god sake dont go to sex with out condoms if you if yor are HIV positive, there are diffrent HIV strains like 1,2 and 3. so if your are infected with HIV 1, if your partner has HIV 2 then you have sex then you can be infected with HIV 2 then the risk of death is high.

It is better to use condoms to prevent viral load. In one the virus may be less in number and the other the virus may be more. So the virus can increase in number from one individual to another through unprotected sex.

It is better to use condoms since to prevent more infection with different type of virus, so it is beter to use codoms. And also to prevent any other infection
