Will bifilac help in solving gas / bloating , pain in the stomach (relieved by passing gas) problem? Thanks

Bifilac does not help.it is an anti diarrheal drug.
Gas in stomach could be due to acidity,indigestion.flatulence..
plz tell me more about the pain?does it aggravate before meals or after?
