Will Dent In Head Due To Fall Heal?

I have suffered a blow to my head in the course of a fall. This happened two months ago. The site of the blow to my head appears depressed when compared to the same site on the other side of my head. I have no symptoms as far as I can tell. I believe I was concussed for a short time at the time of the fall. Will the dent resolve?

already it is two months past the fall, so less likely the dent will resolve. still you can get the clinical examination done with physician to look in to the matter and if required any investigation for the same.as the dent is asymptomatic nothing to worry.
