hI i AM 41 AND I HAD ATTCK AND DUE TO THAT lad 100% block due to age no bypass doc advice now may be i will be for six month medication my qution is it i will bw safe during six month?
if you had 100%LAD block and if anterior wall of your heart is viable then you must get bypass or plasty,but if area supplied by LAD is already damaged then no point in going for revascularisation. yes medications like statin,aspirin,clopidogrel will prevent serious blocakages in other vessels and prevent future second heart attack.you may also need ACE inhibitors and beta blockers for already weak ventricle.
