Hi, I'm 22 years old male, and from a week I have tailbone pain. The thing is that I have free time now, so I spent most of the last two weeks on the couch - sitting or lying. The pain is really annoying. Its not that strong than it is annoying. I read about it online, but I am still not sure - is it going to disappear by itself or I need to go to the doctor? Maybe if I start exercising right now, and stop sitting, it will disappear?
