Understanding your concern. As per your query you have problem of snoring . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like overweight , narrower air passages , cleft palate , enlarged adenoids , nasal and sinus problems , alcohol, smoking or sleep posture. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan along with MRI . Doctor may recommend CPAP machine which will be very healpful, traditional surgery such as uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, thermal Ablation Palatoplasty (TAP), tonsillectomy, and adenoidectomy, Palatal implants is also an option . For now reduce your weight , sleep in right position and quit alcohol.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
