Hello,
Good day.
I don't understand why were you started on levothyroxine when your TSH was 0.03?? Was your TSH elevated ever before starting treatment?
Levothyroxine treatment is unlikely to cause stomach pain. You may visit a doctor to find out other causes of abdominal pain. This need a careful history and examination
My question is if you need medicine at all? It may be worthwhile stopping it and repeating the Free T4 and TSH after 2 months

Binu
