General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Ganesh,
Its difficult for me to comment on your X-ray report without actually seeing it, But if are absolutely fine clinically, no breathing difficulty, no pain,no fever,no cough, no breathlessness, no dyspnoea, etc and one of your X-ray comes out to be normal, then I don't think you are having any serious problem.

As far as question of height of lungs is concerned, there are many reasons like some mass lesion on right lung that's pressing over base of lung, which created height difference. It might be also due to accumulation of fluids in right lung, which appears as basal opacity.

hope my info helped you
regards,
