General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to healthcaremagic forum,
As a physician after seeing ur test results i evaluate u have a mild bacterial infection which can be treated with any antibiotics, ur cholestrol and triglycerides are slightly on the higher side would advise u to cut down on oily and non veg food increase fibre intake thru fruits and vegetables, get a ecg done if u can just to check cardiac status as well.
keep a check every 6 months.
take care
