Lump On My Lower Left Rib Cage It Is Soft

I have a lump on my lower left rib cage it is soft, rib cage is slightly higher than right side, can feel it when I breathe it hurts and is hard to breathe, hurts to palpitate. no fever no vomit but high blood glucose though. type one diabetic.

Hello,you need to get a chest xray and an usg done as soon as possible.Any kind of lump is abnormal and has to be thoroughly investigated.
