Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for writing your query
Based on your description it seems you have developed coccygodynia that is inflammation around tail bone. My advice for you would be -
1. Avoid sitting on hard surface, sitting for long duration and avoid jerky rides.
2. Take sitz's bath that is sat in the tub filled with Luke warm water.
3. Take pain killer like ibuprofen under medical guidance.
Take care and wish you good health
