Mild Concussion, Headaches, Motion Sickness. Causes And Treatment?
My 8 year old grandson has a mild concussion from a fall during basketball. He has headaches every day after some activity or at school about nontime. The neurologist says that since he also has motion sickness the headaches are related to migraine headache, which have been triggered by the concussion. what do you think?
Since your grandson has frequent attacks of migraine, it is better to start him on preventive migraine therapy with medications such as beta blockers or divalproex.
