Premature ejaculation is a male sexual dysfunction characterized by ejaculation which always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about one minute of vaginal penetration and and, negative personal consequences, such as distress, bother, frustration, and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.

Poliomyelitis is a disease caused by infection with the poliovirus. The virus spreads by direct person-to-person contact, by contact with infected mucus or phlegm from the nose or mouth, or by contact with infected feces. The virus enters the mouth and multiplies in lymphoid tissues in the pharynx and intestine. Small numbers of virus enter the blood and go to other sites where the virus multiplies more extensively.

Tropical sprue is a poorly understand syndrome that affects both expatriates and natives in certain but not all tropical areas and is manifested by chronic diarrhoea ,steatorrhoea,weight loss and nutritional deficiencies, including those of both folate and cobalamin.

Testicular cancer is most common in men ages 20 to 35 but it can occur at any age. A simple testicular self-examination can improve the chances of finding a tumor early. Beginning at age 15, it is a good idea to do a monthly testicular self-exam. Regular testicular self-examinations are an important way to identify changes that can be a sign of cancer. Early diagnosis is important because testicular cancer is highly treatable when found early. Lumps or other changes found during a testicular self-exam aren't always a sign of cancer, but still need to be checked by a doctor.

As the baby passes his 2nd month he learns to hold his head and control his movements. Baby sometimes produces a cooing sound in response to other sounds.
