Very caring, warm doctor, seeks to really make the patient comfortable and before any examination is very thorough in finding out the story behind the wound/issue/problem. I know it is her way of not only showing the patient how important our trust is to her, but also her means of amking sure the best possible dignosis and treatment is undertaken for each and every issue no matter how minor.
