I need your quick response
Take treatment for urethritis (gonococcal as well as non-gonococcal)
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Welcome back.
I was discussing with you yesterday regarding the issue.
1. Genital rubbing can cause gonorrhea if the female partner was a carrier of infection.
If she was a carrier the infecting organism would have already been present in her genital secretions.
The organism present in these secretions can enter through urethral orifice & thus cause inflammation of urethra Or urethritis.
Now since you have clearly noticed greenish/ yellowish urethral discharge gonorrhea is the only possibility.
No other STD would have caused this type of discharge.
Have you been prescribed any antibiotic by your doctor for urethral discharge?
2. Gonococcal urethritis usually does not cause fever.
3. The virus usually enters through minute mucosal breaks that are normal sustained during a penetrative sexual intercourse.
HIV is very much unlikely in your case since there was no actual penetrative sex and only a short lasting genital rubbing is unlikely to cause enough wear & tear / mucosal breaks to provide a portal for entry for the Virus.
Regards
Take care

Single injection of ceftriaxone is curable
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have seen the test result. There is an increased number of WBC's on urine microscopy.
This is however not a confirmatory test for gonorrhea. For confirmation one needs to make a smear from pus and look for gram -ve cocci, under the microscope.
Having said that, treatment for gonorrhea can also be started on clinical suspicion and it is fairly suggestive of gonorrhea if one develops a purulent urethral discharge after a risky sexual contact.
Even a small amount of genital secretions are enough to infect if they come in contact with urethral orifice.
Ceftriaxone is good enough for gonorrhea. Just a single dose of infection ceftriaxone is curative. No need to take it for 3 days.
Don't worry about fever. Take symptomatic treatment i.e paracetamol.
HIV is very unlikely in your case. So stop worrying.
However, you may take a blood test for HIV after 4 weeks of sexual contact to be sure and for your own peace of mind.
Most likely the test will come out as negative.

Continue with antibiotics; repeat test after completing antibiotic course
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You may repeat urine test after completing the course of antibiotics.
Fever could be due to urine tract infection since you also have a history of kidney stone and the 2 weeks antibiotics is probably to cover for that.

Repeat after antibiotic course
Detailed Answer:
Hi
