Brief Answer:
Likely due to abdominal gas
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have taken note of your query and I have understood it.
This is most likely due to abdominal gas rather than cefixime. Abdominal gas, in turn can be because you have been on Oral antibiotics recently.

Thank you so much Dr. Kakkar,
i have another question if you dont mind, after the gonorrhea treatment the burning sensation on the penile is gone and no runny discharge but when i check it there is a clear thing inside the penis... I used Azithromcyn, cefixime and cipro i hope the bacteria is gone but is it normal to see that clear thing inside?

Brief Answer:
Adding an antiprotozoal would be justified
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No, there should'nt be any clear discharge.
Gonorrhea/ gonococcal urethritis commonly causes purulent urethral discharge; whereas chlamydia and other microbes like mycoplasma, ureaplasma, trichomoniasis usually cause clear/ transparent discharge.
You have been adequately treated for gonorrhea as well as chlamydia, mycoplasma and ureaplasma i.e the antibiotics you have been given would cover for all except trichomoniasis.
Adding an antiprotozoal e.g metronidazole Or tinidazole would be justified to cover for trichomoniasis as a rare cause of persisting Non-gonococcal urethritis.
Regards
