Question: Hi,
I am a 25 year old XXXXXXX female. I have not had children, nor am I trying to conceive. I have painful but regular periods (every 30 days lasting 5 days) accompanied by occasional clots. An ultrasound revealed that my "ovaries are bulky and show multiple tiny peripheral follicles. No adnexal mass lesion seen. No free fluid in the POD. My right ovary measures 9.1 cc and left ovary 9.5 cc." My TSH level is 2.09 mlU/ml. I have mild acne. My height is 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 57 kilos. I used to weight 54 kilos but a busy lifestyle led to lack of exercise. I do not have any thinning of hair on the scalp or extra body hair growth. No family history of diabetes. What are the chances that I have PCOD?
Thank you so much!

Brief Answer:
Need hormonal profile reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns
I have gone through your history and reports but as PCOD is a endocrinal disorder, to confirm the diagnosis I need your hormonal profile ( Lh,Fish,Estrogen, Progesterone, Androgen) .
So please upload the reports.
Hope to hear from you soon.
