Question: Hi,
This is with reference to previous question answered by Dr. XXXXXXX Panwar (Query id: 215455)
Dr. XXXXXXX suggested to have new MRI of LS Spine done as it was done 9 years back. I have done my new MRI and would like to consult with doctor with latest MRI reports attached where doctor can make comparison with earlier report and suggest next step.

Brief Answer:
Continue with the same treatment protocol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up again.

I have gone through your repeat MRI.There is L5-S1 disc protrusion with come compression of nerve radicles at the corresponding level.Though,I could not make head to head comparison as you have not uploaded all the images of previous MRI as in this one. However,in axial section, there does not appear to be significant difference between the two MRI's.
So,it does not appear to have worsened.

For the time being,I would suggest you to continue with the same treatment protocol as we have already discussed.

Please keep following-up with clinical developments,as I am interested in tracking down your clinical symptoms.

If you have further questions,I shall be glad to answer.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
