Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The MRI report is suggestive of inflammation around the ankle joint in the tendons and a fluid collection suggestive of an inflammation. There have been previous surgeries and recurrent injuries in the area causing the degenerative changes in the joint.
You need to give rest to the ankle, use a brace and take anti inflammatory pain killers for relief. Since there is no tendon tear no surgical treatment is needed. Conservative treatment will help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
