MRI Done. Which Specialist Should I Consult?

HI I had an MRI results that says...mottled increased signal intensity with irregularity involving the superspinatus tendon compatible with advanced tendinopathy/tendinitis. Although there may be fraying of the tendon or possibly a tear there is no evidence of retraction. I had the MRI and Xray ordered by GP. What typs of specialist would you suggest I consult with to treat my condition? Orthopedic?
