Any Suggestions For Proper Absorption Of HRT After Hysterectomy?

I had a open abdominal supra cervical hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy last year. I had gastric bypass 8 years ago. I am taking Premarin. My husband worries that the HRT isn't being absorbed properly. Any suggestions or blood tests I can have done????
