Hi,

Removal of both tunes and ovaries (bilateral Oophorectome and salpingectomy) is done for preventing breast cancer in patients have of breast cancer risk. BRCA2 mutation in general is positive. Please understand the cause for removal and get understanding about mutation explained by your doctor.
