Are Intact Stitches With Thick Yellow Discharge With Burining Sensation During Urination 10 Days After Childbirth Normal?

i delivered my second child 10 days ago normal delivary with episotomy untill now pain still there from episotomy and my stitches still there with thick yellow discharge with burning sensation on micturation i was checked by doctor and she said she is confused if this discharge is pus or not she told me to set in warm water and salt otherwise no infection there but i feel that something wrong down there and i need to know is it normal for stitches to be there up to now????

Yellow discharge from stitch site is not normal.
Warm water with saline is ok but still you need to take antibiotics.
So consult your doctor for further evaluation.
