I am having deep bleaching with a nasty taste, i am also having gurgling in my intestines. feeling of being bloated. it does not seem to matter what I eat or how often, i have been having this for a few weeks. one day it is worse than the other but I have few of those days.it is uncomfortable. one month ago I was put on thyroid and progestoreone as well as vitamin d . I am so tired of feeling like this.

Taking progesterone can sometimes cause some water retention resulting in the symptoms you are having. Thyroid hormone disturbances can also add to your problems. You need to do some dietary modifications and have a light and easy to digest food for a few days. If the symptoms are persistent, then prescription drugs might be needed.
