Can A Hit On The Forehead Cause Migraines, Blurry Vision And Numbness In Arms?

About 2 months ago I was hit in the forehead by a softball. A 21 yr. Old man threw it and I lost consciousness for about a minute. I did not go to the Dr. Over the period of 2 months I have developed migraines, blurry vision, numbness in my arms, pressure in my forehead, and fatigue. Could they be related?

Hello Sir welcome to HCM i'm happy to help you today,

Let me tell you something regarding headache first-- Headache specially since u've mentioned Migraine ,is a neurological disorder due to several factors i.e genetic, environmental, Dietary etc. but Post-traumatic migraine in a otherwise healthy person is a really controversial entity itself(there are ongoing studies regarding)

The general consensus is to get evaluated thoroughly in a case of persistant headache within 3 month from the incidence of even mild traumatic head injury.

Migraine can be associated with blurry vision, even numbness and nausea vomiting and fatigue but since you havn't been evaluated before and feeling this Pressure its always better to get checked up by a neurologist at first to rule out any other organic causes. Probably get a MRI done(since its already been 2 months and I think u didn't get a CT Scan head done yet)

So in short, Yes it could be related and 2 months passed by so please get a neurologist's opinion at the earliest and let me know how things goes

Thanks a lot for seeking help in HCM, hope to see you soon
