Can e coli be spread by coughing i been getting symptoms head aches muscle aches cant stop coughing have alot of mucus affects breathing

Ecoli is predominantly gut infecting organism.. It spreads by contamination of food and water.. It is does not spread by droplets while coughing or sneezing..
