Chin Injury, Headache In Front Of Head, Nausea Post Accident. Taking Paracetamol. Cure?

I fell off my bike at about 9 this morning and hit my chin on the road, I think the front of my helmet also hit the road as it has scratches! I developed a headache at the front of my head quite soon after and it has now been hanging around for 5 hours (ish). I felt slightly sick for half an hour or so after the accident. This just feels like a normal headache but paracetamol hasn t helped.

If it is a minor injury don't bother. Get TT(tetanus toxoid) injection. If you get vomitting or convulsions go to a hospital urgently.
