Does Crocin Help Kid Suffering From Fever After Having Prevnar Vaccination?

My daughter is 3.5 months old. She had her prevnar vaccination couple of days back. She is having a fever o about 102.5 F and we gave her 1 ml dosage of crocin and the temperature went down. It returned after 6-8 hours. Can I give her crocin again? If so, what could be frequency. Thanks in advance.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Crocin is given in a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly depending on the fever.
Tepid sponging along with crocin will give prompt relief.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
