Hello and thanks for the query
You have slightly higher Total bilirubin, SGOT and SGPT level. This can be caused due to alcohol intake, smoking, fatty and oily diet and even by overweight. You have to take plenty of water and some liver tonic and avoid all the above said factors which are causing elevated liver function tests.
Gall bladder removal can a cause of this but not after 3 years of surgery. But if you have pain in upper right side of abdomen and discomfort epigastrium, than you have to be investigated for that. Sonogarphy of upper abdomen can help you. Consult your physician for and get some investigations done.

Dear Pavan, hello
Thanks for your query.
First of all I want to know that why you had your Liver Function Test (LFT) done. Do you have any problem or was it a routine checkup?
Do you take Alcohol? How is your stool?
According to the report, you have mentioned, there is marginal increase in SGPT and SGOT.Total Bilirubin is borderline. There is nothing to worry. Take some precautions in your diet like avoid fat rich heavy foods, etc.
Hope this is useful to you.
Thanks.
