Effective Treatment For Nosebleed
I have severe nosebleeds. I am on coumadin therapy. I have had cauterization and electic cauterization several times. They subside for months and then reoccur. They are so bad that I am choking from the blood. I have been using Neosynephrin, Ocean, Ayre, Ruby Red drops, Muprocin. Do you know of any treatments other than the above that have been affective for other patients?

Coumadin therapy alters clotting mechanism and might cause you nasal bleed.In such scenario adjusting the dose of coumadin usually decreases the bleed if not decreasing the dose is contraindicated..consult your doctor for the same
