Extreme Fatigue With Diarrhea And Anxiety. Normal Blood Test Results. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi, I have been getting extreme fatigue over the past few years accompanied by diarrhea and anxiety . The problem comes and goes every few weeks but lately its been really bad. I have had blood tests and the results showed up good. I don t know what s wrong with me and it s hard to do my job as my brain is running so slow. I don t think I am depressed. What can I do?

hello,please mention your age,height and weight.If you are you and on any diet it might be the reason for your fatigue.Drink more water to prevent dehydration and if you are old enough go for an ECG and lipid profile.Thank you.
