Face Puffy, Tired, Coughing Blood, Vision Blurred, Night Sweats. All Symptoms Related?

I woke up this morning feeling a bit weird. My face seemed puffy and felt really tired.. I started coughing up blood about 4 hours ago. Just little bits at a time, but still there. Almost a brown color. My vision is almost blurred.. For about a month now I ve been waking up in night sweats . Having to get up and change. I ve just turned 30. I shouldn t be going through that already.. Could it all be related? Not sure if I should book an appointment or go into emerge

Detailed history of your present complains with clinical examination and investigations like blood examinations like complete hemogram, chest x-ray, sputum examination as advised by the physician to be done .
