Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.
Your MRI shows mild slipped discs at L 34 and 4-5 levels causing mild narrowing of the holes through the nerves from the spinal cord exit. There is some pressure on the sac covering the lowest spinal nerve roots.
Also there is some thickening of the ligament binding the vertebrae together secondarily reducing the spinal canal space a little (canal stenosis).
There is inflammation of the sacro-iliac joint (where lowest spine bone unites with the pelvis (hip) bone.
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck!
