General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,
If i was your doctor i will recommend u to relax and take appropriate rest. The feeling of light headedness is pretty normal after surgeries. it can be due to the general anesthesia given to u before sinus surgery. it takes time to wean off. Also it can be because of loss of blood and low blood pressure. If your CAT scan report is normal then you dont have to worry.
Regards,
Dr. Ammar.
