Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

You have not mentioned your age and I assume that you are a female. You have what we call recurrent urinary tract infection. You need to be evaluated for any structural and functional abnormalities of urinary tract. You need ultrasound of the abdomen, x-ray examination called voiding cyst our ether gram, uroflowmetry to asses urine flow rate. Also you need certain x-rays to look for any abnormalities in the kidneys. You also need to check your blood sugar level. If everything is normal you need to be on antibiotic prophylaxis. Certain individuals are more prone for infections because of genetic make-up.
I wish you a speedy recovery.
