Having Sleep Disorder. Reason, Treatment?
I have sleeping diorder .I had a test for sleeping I do not have sleeping apnea no restless leg I am healthey but still think it is phisical I think by reading a lot about it my adrnaline gland is over or under active what shoul I do ..I just made a blood test it seem ok as doctor said but still thing he missed somthing

Hi nada did you tried video game, running, crosswords, or read a novel. Learn new talented thing. Their are many medicine for sleep but they come with bunch of side effect. First try these thing, later you have always way open for medicine. Take care. Bye.
