How Should Chest Area Pain With Soreness Due To Injury Be Treated?
I fell on the ice two days ago and hit on my left side at the bra area. I am still very sore and am not sure whether I should get an x-ray. It hurts to take a big breath of air but I can not feel any bumps at that area indicating a break at the ribs.

hi chest injuries are really very painful due to the rich nerve supply.
especially while breathing please do not hold your breath, instead try to breath deeply,or incentive spirometry this pain takes at least 2 weeks to reduce even with treatment take painkillers under medical supervision, and local application of pain relieving gels will be of good help. if not reduced please go for a chest x-ray, take care
