Hi and welcome to HCM..
Thank you for posting your query and I'm here to help you out..
I am really sorry for your health condition of excess weight..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases and sometimes we have to go ahead with
bariatric surgery.
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
Look, please note these following things..
1.
Hypothyroidism, yes definitely will result in obesity. No doubt on that...
But, frankly speaking if you keep a track of
TSH hormone and make sure it's below 5 IU. Only then, you can be normal weight.
You have to keep adjusting the
thyroxine dosage..
2. No idea about Herbalife and please do not go for such advertising things. It causes more of a health problems than solving your obesity.
3. Calculate your BMI and make sure it is between 19 to 25 range.
4. And yes, you can take
soy protein safely. There's no restriction in that..
Hope I've cleared your doubts, in case you need any further information please let me know..
Take care and God bless you..
