I Am Too Skinny And Frustrated, What Can I Do To Gain Weight ?
I am too skinny i eat a lot usually 6ft tall and just 114lbs DO i have some kind of a disease ? I did go to the gym for 1 week and gained 2-3kgs then i took rest for 2-3 days and ended up loosing 2kgs, it really annoying when i loose soo much weight i gained by hard work. and i did eat a lot suring those 2 days..

I would not say that you have "some kind of disease" at all, people like yourself who find that they are eating alot but not gaining weight usually have a very fast metabolic rate, this is nothing to be worried about, factors such as , habits e.g smoking, drinking, diet and age all come into consideration with weight gain, if you think that there could be a more serious problem please visit your family Physician or GP, although I am not worried.
