I have lower back pain but the mri showed normal i slipped at work and hurt my lower back and but bone what is wrong, why dont the pain leave

It looks like that there is a contusion of the soft tissue in that region. You must be clinically examined before arriving at a final conclusion. Scientific Physical therapy by an expert can solve your problem

its clearly deducted from study that every abnormal MRI DOES NOT GURANTEE YOU,THAT ITS REQUIRE INTERVENTION.
HOWEVER NORMAL MRI DO NOT PRECLUDE YOU FROM ANY PROBLEM.

ur problem seems to be soft tissue injury, better u go n consult a physiotherapist,
we hv sum modalities tht will heal ur injury, reduce the pain with in 5-7 sitttings,
definitely ur pain will cum down.

it seems to be soft tissue injury.it will take time to heal.but u should give adequate rest to the part.if pain is increasing day by day some serious pathology should be suspected.be treated under proper guidance of ur doctor.physiotherapy is helpful.
