I Have Problem Of Neck And Back Pain,please Suggest Me To Get Rid Of These!
Am a mechanical design engineer, i work 10 -11 hrs daily in front of computer. Am facing now neck problem and back pain. I went to doctor thrice, they have given tablets which reduces the pain temporarily. Am bugged up by this pain. Please suggest me any medicine or food routine which reduces neck pain and back pain.
There are a few things that I did and it benefitted me.I set up a reminder in my Outlook calendar to remind me every 10-15 minutes to get up from my PC and move around in the room. Another thing which i did was started stretching exercises in the morning and also for some time in the evening.
