Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. I think you are getting anxious. You must be going through stressful times and during stressful times, it is quite common people feel their heart beats against their chest wall. People starts watching it and becoming aware could slightly increase the frequency of the beat. That is it.

As the blood work also came normal you have nothing to worry. Cholesterol 175 is also normal. Take rest for a week or so, you shall be alright. You might need psychological counseling., I am more than happy to provide telephone psychological counseling through healthcaremagic. Contact me through customer care, www.healthcaremagic.com.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
