From day before yesterday evening I had started getting the cold & cough and running nose.
from yesterday evening I started to get a light yellow coloured water from my nose.
is that an serious issue to be taken care or just an sinus infection.

Hi Vijay,
You do have an infection and you need antibiotics. Augemntin or azithromycin twice a day for 5 days should help. You may need a prescription in Indonesia. See a doctor.
