Is Anxiety Caused Due To Dysmyelinating Neuropathy?

i just had a cat scan that showed something on my brain called dysmyelinating neuropathy now have to get a mri of the brainw/ contrast but my dr never gave me a clear understanding of exactly whats giong on, the what ifs or how this formed. I was always being treated for anxiety for the past 5 years til i screamed out and said somethiing else is going on
