Is It Normal For Heart To Beat Fast After Drinking Alcohol?
Is it normal for your heart to race after drinking alcohol? My heart gets up to 130 bpm sometimes higher but the average is 130 after a night of drinking like 5 beers... my resting hr is in between 72 80 bpm...it usually slows down the next day but its still a bit high like 90 bpm. i want to include that it isnt always 130 bpm, its just gotten that igh before its normally around 100 or 110 bpm while i sleep at night...
Alcohol when ingested acts acts as an stimulant of CNS, hence resulting in increased heart rate, as time passes it 's metabolized in the liver in sugar and than to fat, and now it begins to act as a depressant of CNS, AND there is fall of heart rate.
The 90 bpm is due to a reflex phenomena, and an undesirable symptom.
You please better leave it immediately for your own good, because when health is lost it never comes back, honour the Blessings of God; as more than 40% of bed is occupied in hospitals due to complication/s of alchololism.
