Is There Any Antibacterial Soap To Control Body Smell Due Excessive Sweating ?

hi i am 23 year old .i have sweating problem ..my body smellls a lot.plz give suggestion of any antibacterial soap ..also my eva spray contains triclosan.i would like to know if it can give rise to bacterial resistant strains regards

I advice you to use antiperspirants. These prescription strength products all include aluminum chloride hexahydrate, a powerful antiperspirant.
In case of severe sweating oral medications are also prescribed which includes Anticholenergic drugs.
I think antiperspirant will be enough for you to control this.
