Hi, Am 28 year old, hight 184 CM with weight of 97 Kg. I do jogging 4 times a week and even then weight wont reduce. i am doing this since 1 and half year. of course some times i have to skip due to work also. suggest me how to reduce weight in simpler way?

Hi,as per your height your BMI 28,height to weight ratio is .Normal for male is 25 and female is 23.Weight loss needs regular exercise,diet control and medicines in some cases.Please do at least 150 minutes of exercise in a week,have proper planning of diet,and please visit your doctor for any medical reasons which could be there for not able to loose weight.But dear there is no short cut to loose weight,you have to work hard.bye and all the best.
